The prints come into existence by numerous trials of catching and realising the power of expression which I find necessary to communicate to any specatator, not only on the visual level but also on the emotional level.

Happiness, sorrow, despair, love, hurt, agression and fear are the elements which I process with various aspects of photography from the moment of exposure in the studio by use of models to the completion of the final print. Troughout the developing process of the negative I also tend to interfere in order to achieve desired outcome.
This interference can be limited to none whatsoever or can lead to massive changes of used material, i.e. by the use of acids, fire, projections through mirror- and glass fragments, by means of airbrush technique and other continuously developing dark room techniques.

A mounted and framed print needs to be powerfull and expressive. The spectator should be able to associate the print with passed experiences, with memorised feelings or dreams throughout his life. Furthermore, doors to the unconsciouness may be opened.

All the pictures are selenium-coated baryt-prints in the formats 24 x 30 to 50 x 60 cm and are mounted on carton.
